Welcome to
AJIDS Library is known as the Information Resource Centre which supports teaching, learning and research and which is the heart of the academic centre with an aim to provide ‘Anytime, Anywhere Access’ to information and knowledge. AJIDS IRC is a repository of printed as well as electronic resources which include: books, journals, databases, AVs, CDs/DVDs, e-books, e-journals, reports, course materials, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals, etc. Currently the library holds over 5000 books, 140 print journals, provides access to 2100 e-journals, electronic corporate databases, newspapers and dental magazines, abstractive databases, database pertaining to case studies and additionally, 120 multimedia resources.
AJIDS IRC is approved by the AICTE as a Research Centre. The Graduates and Diploma holders in the area of Library and Information Science are trained on the information management and services.
